When will I receive my order?
•Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours unless it is a preordered item. If it is a preordered item them that item will have the estimated ship date in the product title. Please keep in mind that it may take the shipping carrier up to 24 business hours to provide tracking updates.
Who is your shipping carrier?
•Most orders go through UPS. If shipping to a post office box; we ship through USPS.
My package shows delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
•Please contact the shipping carrier with tracking number for assistance with lost/damaged packages.

What size is your model?
•Our model is 5’3”. She wears a size small unless otherwise noted. Please read descriptions under each item to know how the exact item fits.
