To ensure your order is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the timeframe being published, you are agreeing that the information entered is correct. Please ensure you’ve entered in the correct shipping info at time of purchase. In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill your request. If we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer. Please allow full processing time and shipping time before inquiring about orders. Tracking will be sent notifying customers of shipment once your order has shipped only. Once orders are dropped off to our carrier we are no longer responsible for the package. If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.
